Klinga hosts 20th annual summer festival and fish jousting

The Klinga children and summer festival featured various community activities and the 20th annual Klinga fish jousting competition. Despite rainy conditions during the morning setup, the weather improved for the afternoon festivities.

In the fish jousting competition, the team ‘SV Klinga-Ammelshain’ achieved a notable victory, defeating ‘Die Kicks’ in just seven seconds. The ‘Die Kicks’ team secured multiple podium finishes, including a win in the Ladies Cup and third-place rankings in both the Junior Cup and the overall Senior Cup. Other event highlights included face painting, fire department tours, a bouncy castle, and a mini playback show.
