Following reports of non-functional televisions in patient rooms and social media allegations concerning missing showers and hygiene issues, the clinic's managing director, Christian Sprenger, addressed the concerns.

Sprenger denied claims of an ant infestation and clarified that cleaning services are managed by an external company under strict supervision. He noted that while staff members feel personally attacked by the online criticism, the administration is working to address identified weaknesses and encourages patients to report issues directly to station management or staff to ensure timely resolution.
