KLN Logistics and SATS partner on specialized logistics solutions

KLN Logistics Group and SATS Ltd. have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to collaborate on temperature-controlled and time-critical logistics solutions. The partnership aims to enhance global supply chain connectivity and operational efficiency by combining KLN’s freight forwarding capabilities with SATS’ air cargo handling expertise.

The collaboration will initially focus on Singapore, serving as a launchpad for potential expansion across the companies’ combined networks in Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Two primary strategic initiatives have been identified: the development of end-to-end temperature-controlled handling for sensitive cargo, such as healthcare shipments, and the expedited handling of time-critical shipments requiring high precision and speed.

By integrating their respective networks, the companies intend to improve shipment visibility and reinforce network resilience. While the MOU outlines these strategic goals, it does not specify a formal timetable for a wider global rollout or any specific financial commitments.
