Klo-Agogo SHS clerk arrested for alleged defilement

Police in the Yilo Krobo Municipality have arrested 41-year-old Saviour Attor, an accounts clerk at Klo-Agogo Senior High School, for the alleged defilement of a 15-year-old student.

The victim’s grandfather filed a formal complaint on September 15, 2026, following allegations that the suspect lured the minor under the pretext of sending her to purchase sachet water. Following the report, officers arrested Attor at his residence in Obawale and transferred him to the Domestic Violence and Victim Support Unit (DOVVSU) for specialized investigation.

According to police statements, the suspect admitted to sexual contact in a cautioned statement. The victim has been referred for medical examination to gather evidence as legal proceedings continue.
