Kloster Frenswegen to host JUSIWO 2026 youth singing week

The first regional youth singing week, known as JUSIWO 2026, is scheduled to take place from October 12 to October 17, 2026, at Kloster Frenswegen in Nordhorn.

The event aims to foster intergenerational connection by bringing together youth and adults from the Bremerhaven and Hameln church communities. Participants will engage in singing across various genres, including pop, rock, hip-hop, punk, and traditional folk songs.

Led by musical director Hauke Scholten and actor Alexander Hauer, the program includes developing choreographies and theatrical elements. The initiative is open to teenagers aged 13 to 16 from all regions of the Evangelical Reformed Church.
