KÜMAŞ Manyezit exports products to over 60 countries

KÜMAŞ Manyezit Sanayi, an OYAK company, is exporting high-value magnesite products to more than 60 countries. The company leverages its access to approximately 20 percent of the world's crypto-crystalline magnesite reserves to serve essential industrial sectors, including steel, cement, glass, and refractories.

General Manager Atilla Adem Aydın stated that the company utilizes an integrated production model ranging from mining to final products, including sinter, calcined, and fused magnesite. This structure is intended to provide competitive advantages in quality, cost management, and supply security. Aydın noted that the company's significant reserves provide a strategic advantage for Turkey by increasing global competitiveness and reducing dependence on foreign sources for critical raw materials.
