KMG International launches 26th Rompetrol Traineeship program in Romania

KMG International (Rompetrol) has opened the 26th edition of its Together We Grow – Rompetrol Traineeship, a programme that runs from August to September and admits 100 students and recent graduates. Participants receive a mix of theoretical lessons, practical work on the Petromidia Năvodari, Vega Ploiești and Rompetrol Well Services Ploiești platforms, and volunteering activities, all under the guidance of more than 60 mentors from the KMG Group. The trainees come from leading Romanian universities such as Ovidius Constanța, Petrol‑Gaze Ploiești, Maritime Constanța, Gheorghe Asachi Iași, Politehnica București and others. The course ends with a technical evaluation, and many trainees may be offered positions within KMG International. Over the programme’s 25‑year history, more than 1,900 young people have been trained, many of whom now work in Romania’s energy sector.
