Knee injuries affect Luca Marianucci and Matías Vecino

During a summer friendly match between SSC Napoli and Celta Vigo in Castel di Sangro, Napoli defender Luca Marianucci suffered a knee injury. The club released a statement confirming that Marianucci sustained a "trauma contusivo-distorsivo al ginocchio sinistro" (contusive-distortive trauma to the left knee) in the 84th minute. The player was carried off the field, and medical tests are pending to determine the severity and recovery time.

On the Celta Vigo side, midfielder Matías Vecino is also sidelined due to a physical issue. Although his absence from the squad initially sparked transfer rumors, reports indicate he is dealing with a right knee problem.
