Knight Frank appoints Chris Davis as Group CFO
Global property consultancy Knight Frank has appointed Chris Davis as Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and a member of the Group Executive Board, effective September 1, 2026. Davis, who previously served as the firm’s Interim Group CFO, brings over 24 years of international leadership experience to the position.
In his new role, Davis will lead the global finance function with a focus on supporting profitable growth and delivering value across the firm. His professional background includes CFO roles at Marlet Property Group and G. Network, as well as serving as Chief Restructuring Officer and Board Director at Hilding Anders. He also spent a decade as an equity Partner at AlixPartners and THM Partners.
William Beardmore-Gray, Senior Partner and Group Chair of Knight Frank, stated that Davis has demonstrated an excellent understanding of the business and is well positioned to steer the company into its next chapter of growth. Davis will undergo a transitional period to ensure an orderly handover and to work with the Partnership on executing long-term global strategies.
