Knight Frank report highlights privacy trends in luxury real estate
According to the Knight Frank ‘The Residence Report 2026/27’, which analyzed 1,800 developments across 90 countries, the luxury residential market is shifting its focus. While traditional amenities like gyms and spas remain standard, buyers are increasingly prioritizing privacy, a sense of belonging, and human connection.
In response to these trends, Vetter Empreendimentos is developing the Fort Myers project in Penha, Santa Catarina. The development features the ‘Vetter Friends & Pool’, a 77.19 m² independent space designed to serve as an extension of an apartment’s social area. This private environment includes an 18.05 m² pool and a wet deck, allowing residents to host up to 19 guests with greater autonomy and discretion than communal condominium facilities.
