Knobloch introduces PIKNO modular pickup stations
Knobloch has introduced PIKNO, a modular pickup station designed to facilitate flexible, time-independent goods transfers for retail, crafts, and various other businesses. The system allows customers to pick up orders or drop off returns using a compartment number and an access code, enabling service outside of standard operating hours without requiring additional staff.
The PIKNO stations are designed for easy installation, as each compartment features a battery-operated combination lock that requires neither a power supply nor a network connection. This reduces technical installation and maintenance costs. The modular system is available in configurations of three, six, or nine compartments and can be expanded as demand grows.
Beyond customer-facing transactions, the system supports internal logistics by providing a secure way to exchange tools, documents, keys, or materials among employees and service providers.
