Knoops opens first U.S. chocolate shop in Salt Lake City

Knoops, a premium UK-based drinking chocolate brand, has opened its first United States location in Salt Lake City. The shop, situated in the Ninth and Ninth neighborhood, held its grand opening on August 21.

Founded in 2013 by Jens Knoop in Rye, England, the brand has expanded to 30 storefronts worldwide. The Salt Lake City menu features a customizable selection of chocolate drinks, including hot, iced, and frozen versions, as well as milkshakes. Customers can select from 21 different chocolate percentages, ranging from 28% white chocolate to 100% extra dark, using sustainably sourced ingredients.
