Knowledge Department GmbH has expanded its artificial intelligence training portfolio to include e-learning options. This move allows professionals to access specialized AI courses at their own pace and schedule, facilitating integration into daily work routines for both individuals and entire teams.

The digital curriculum includes several specialized ISTQB certifications:

• ISTQB Certified Tester – AI Testing v2.0, focusing on the systematic testing of machine learning models and AI-based systems. • ISTQB Certified Tester – Testing with Generative AI, designed for testers and managers to methodically use tools like ChatGPT or Copilot within the testing process. • Certified EU AI Act for Software Testers, which covers the regulatory requirements of the EU AI Act regarding the development and operation of AI systems.

In addition to e-learning, the company continues to offer in-person, virtual classroom, and customized in-house training sessions.
