Knowledge Holdings survey finds 80% of AI users encounter errors
A survey conducted by Knowledge Holdings Co., Ltd. involving 306 AI users reveals that approximately 80% of respondents have experienced inaccurate responses from AI tools. The most common types of errors reported include incorrect product prices and specifications, as well as hallucinations where the AI creates non-existent information.
Despite these inaccuracies, approximately 85% of users indicated they would continue to use AI services. About 60% intend to use them as usual, while 24% plan to use them with more caution or adjustments to their methods. Only 3.3% of respondents stated they would stop using AI due to these errors.
