Knowledge Sense to add manual note-taking to ChatSense AI

Knowledge Sense Inc. has announced that it will soon introduce a new feature for the Notebook function within its enterprise generative AI agent, ChatSense. This update will allow users to manually add, edit, and revise their own notes directly within the platform.

Previously, the Notebook function was limited to saving AI-generated responses based on internal company documents. The upcoming update addresses user demand to consolidate research findings and personal insights in a single location. Users will be able to record observations from documents or supplementary information from meetings, and subsequently update those notes as their research progresses.

ChatSense is currently utilized by over 500 companies, including major firms listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market, to improve operational efficiency through secure AI integration.
