Knowledge Sense updates Cowork AI agent and Kao adopts ChatSense

Knowledge Sense has announced an update to its browser-based RPA agent, Cowork, which is part of its enterprise AI platform ChatSense. The update specifically improves the speed and reliability of operating Microsoft 365 applications, such as the web version of Excel. The improvements allow for more efficient batch processing of data transcription and table updates, reducing instances where the AI would previously stop or require re-entry during repetitive tasks.

In a separate development, Kao has implemented ChatSense to enhance its research capabilities. The company is utilizing the platform to create a ‘research data assistant’ designed to facilitate the cross-departmental sharing of technical knowledge and insights. By moving beyond traditional keyword searches, the tool allows researchers to use ambiguous queries to discover relevant data and engage in dialogue with the AI to deepen their understanding of accumulated research reports.
