KNT-CT Holdings launches Find Roots platform for local guides

KNT-CT Holdings has launched ‘Find Roots’, a B2B platform designed to connect local tourism experts and guides with businesses, schools, and travel agencies. The service aims to promote regional value both domestically and internationally by facilitating the coordination of original experience programs.

The initial phase, ‘Find Roots ~JAPAN/Hokkaido~’, features 13 local guides from Hokkaido. The platform provides a one-stop service ranging from searching and inquiring about guides to coordinating and arranging travel. Beyond traditional tourism, the company intends to create new opportunities for guides to serve as external instructors for corporate training and school lessons.

This initiative leverages the combined strengths and networks of Kinki Nippon Tourist and Club Tourism. Following the Hokkaido launch, the company plans to expand to other prefectures while focusing on human resource development and supporting guides with information dissemination and customer acquisition.
