Koçarlı Mayor gifts new bicycle to child after warehouse fire

A warehouse fire in the Çakırbeyli neighborhood of Koçarlı, Aydın, caused material damage to the property of Hüseyin Sabancı. While fire crews and local residents managed to extinguish the flames before they could spread, several items inside the warehouse were destroyed.

Among the losses was a bicycle belonging to Hazal Sabancı, a young girl in the family, which left her deeply saddened. In response, Koçarlı Mayor Özgür Arıcı visited the Sabancı family along with a social assistance team. To comfort the child, the Mayor presented Hazal with a new bicycle.

Mayor Arıcı also stated that municipal teams have been directed to assess and address the damage to the household. Local authorities continue to conduct damage assessments to provide necessary support to the family.
