Kobe and Okayama Restaurants Open in August 2026

A new Japanese eatery, Yoigurasu Iyasaka, will take over the former Isshoubin location in Kobe’s Rokkomichi area and begin full‑day service on 19 August 2026. The restaurant, operated by Yummy, will offer handmade dishes such as pot rice, dashi‑rolled omelette and clam soup, with breakfast, lunch and evening menus.

In Okayama, the private‑room izakaya Waraiemon Okayama Station Front is scheduled to open on 10 August 2026 on the second floor of the Core Honmachi commercial building. It will provide fully enclosed rooms for parties of 2 to 24, featuring chicken and fish dishes made with local ingredients.
