Kobe bakery Pan wo Yumemiru closes at Daimaru Kobe

The bakery Pan wo Yumemiru, located on the B1 floor of Daimaru Kobe in Chuo-ku, has closed. The establishment operated under the concept of providing bread so delicious it feels like a dream, featuring products supervised by four renowned chefs from the Kansai region, including Maison Murata and Boulangerie Friand.

Additionally, the bakery 'eat' has opened near Mikage Station in Kobe. The shop, which opened in April 2026, features a diverse lineup ranging from savory to sweet items, such as 'Quattro Honey' pizza and 'Nama Donuts'. The chef behind 'eat' brings experience from established brands including Edelweiss and Pan Stock.
