Kyoto and Yokohama restaurants launch premium autumn Wagyu beef courses

Several high-end dining establishments in Japan are launching exclusive autumn menus featuring premium Wagyu beef.

In Kyoto’s Gion district, Kobe Beef Gion Sudaku Teppan has introduced a ‘Kobe Beef Autumn Special Course’ priced at 25,000 yen. The eight-course menu utilizes various cooking techniques, including seared beef tataki, beef sushi, and teppanyaki steak, complemented by seasonal seafood such as scallops and shrimp.

In Yokohama, the Kamakurayama Roast Beef Shop at the Yokohama Sky Building is offering a limited autumn dinner course centered on Black Wagyu beef. The menu features low-temperature cooked beef loin, beef fillet katsu sandwiches with truffle, and traditional roast beef, served alongside seasonal pairings and views from the 29th floor.
