Kobe to host second Kotori Smile Matsuri bird-themed festival

Exceed Japan Co., Ltd. has announced the second annual ‘Kotori Smile Matsuri,’ a bird-themed goods festival scheduled to take place from October 29 to November 3, 2026, at Sanchika Hall in Kobe, Japan.

Following the success of the inaugural event held in March 2026, the upcoming festival will feature an expanded venue and an extended duration of six days. The event aims to showcase a wide variety of bird-inspired merchandise, including stationery, accessories, plush toys, tableware, and art pieces. Many items will be unique, handcrafted works from individual artists, some of whom will be present at the venue.

The festival is designed to promote the charm of birds, provide a space for enthusiasts to interact, and support the cultural development of bird-themed artistry. Admission to the event is free.
