Kobe to host stationery and paper festivals in 2026

Kobe will host two major stationery and paper-related events in late 2026.

Kami Fes KOBE is scheduled to take place at the Daimaru Kobe department store from November 12 to November 16, 2026. The event will feature over 50 participants, including long-established stationery manufacturers like Shachihata and mt, as well as various independent artists. Attendees can expect a variety of paper products, design papers, stamps, and stickers, along with workshops such as calligraphy and custom notebook making.

Additionally, Nagasawa Stationery Center will hold the Pen & Journal Party 2026 (Fudemame ReMIX) at Kobe Kitano Nostal on September 26 and 27, 2026. This event focuses on writing instruments and planners, featuring the release of several limited-edition system planners. These exclusive items include models crafted from premium Spanish leather, Italian leather hybrids, and specialized dyed leathers designed to age uniquely over time.
