Kobito Zukan character events held in Minoh and Ishikawa

Various themed events based on the popular character series ‘Kobito Zukan’ are being held across Japan.

In Minoh Kuesu Mall, the ‘Kobito Party’ will run from September 19 to September 23, 2026. The event features a quiz rally where families can search for five characters to earn original tin badges. Activities include workshops for making paper headbands, a ‘Kobito Report’ corner for drawing original characters, and a six-meter-tall ‘Kakuremomojiri’ balloon that will serve as a photo spot. A traditional festival area with target practice and ring toss will also be available.

In Ishikawa Prefecture, the ‘Kobito no Sato in Mokuyurin’ event is scheduled from September 9 to November 23, 2026. Located in Hakusan City, the event offers a search for 10 different characters hidden within the wooden workshop and courtyard areas. Participants who find all characters can receive a limited-edition gold medal-style badge. Other attractions include miniature garden workshops, themed photo spots recreating illustrations from the books, and collaborative menu items such as peach and apple cakes at the facility’s restaurant.
