Koblenz to launch new autumn holiday programs for children in 2026

The Koblenz Youth Welfare Office (Jugendamt) will launch its own holiday program during both weeks of the autumn holidays in 2026. Aimed at children aged six to twelve, the program is a response to new legal requirements for full-day childcare for first-grade students during school breaks.

Taking place at the Spielhaus on the Moselle river, the program runs Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Activities include creative workshops, nature experiences, and excursions, such as a visit to the Neuwied Zoo. The weekly cost is 80 euros, which includes all activities and one meal per day.
