Turkish municipalities launch widespread infrastructure and water projects

Various Turkish municipalities are implementing extensive infrastructure projects to improve urban living standards. In Mersin, the Aydıncık district has seen the completion of 1,500 meters of asphalt work on Batur Street to support residents and agricultural production. Similarly, in Manisa, the Perşembe Market area has undergone a 15,000 square meter asphalt renovation to resolve long-standing ground issues for vendors and shoppers.

Water infrastructure is also a priority. In Eskişehir, new drilling wells have been integrated into the network to support the Gümüşbel and Beykışla neighborhoods during high summer demand. In Kayseri, a 12 million TL investment is underway in the Ilıca neighborhood to secure drinking water through a new transmission line and storage tanks.

Road and transportation upgrades are being conducted in Malatya, where Boztepe Street is being renovated to connect industrial zones with the city center, and in Kocaeli, where a 1.5-kilometer stretch near the İSU water treatment plant has been repaired. Additionally, Tarsus is progressing with paving works in the Kahraman Gülek neighborhood, and Kırklareli is executing large-scale underground infrastructure projects to address long-term urban needs.
