Kocasinan Municipality implements AI-powered software for citizen services
Kocasinan Municipality in Kayseri has upgraded its Çözüm Merkezi (Solution Center) using 3rd generation software technology integrated with artificial intelligence. The center, which has been operational since August 25, 2016, aims to enhance the speed and efficiency of responding to citizen requests.
Mayor Ahmet Çolakbayrakdar stated that the AI-supported decision mechanism is designed to reduce bureaucracy and accelerate problem-solving. The technology functions by analyzing and categorizing incoming citizen requests and automatically directing them to the appropriate municipal departments to minimize time loss and increase citizen satisfaction.
