Kocasinan Municipality launches new industrial and social projects
Kocasinan Municipality in Kayseri is implementing several infrastructure and social service initiatives. The municipality has opened a new 200,000 square meter aggregate production facility, costing 70 million TL, to meet road construction and asphalt needs using its own resources.
In terms of social services, the municipality has introduced an electric ‘Engelsiz Nakil Aracı’ (Barrier-Free Shuttle Vehicle) to assist individuals with disabilities by transporting their battery-operated vehicles to desired locations. Additionally, the municipality is focusing on rural development through infrastructure improvements and agricultural support, such as planting thousands of almond and walnut trees to promote sustainable development in rural neighborhoods.
