Škoda Motorsport exhibition opens at Olympia Brno

An extraordinary exhibition celebrating 125 years of Škoda Motorsport is currently taking place at the Olympia Brno shopping center in the Czech Republic. Running until September 27, 2026, the event features more than two dozen historic racing vehicles, including rare models from the Škoda Museum and private collections.

Notable exhibits include the 1907 Laurin & Klement F, associated with motorsport pioneer Alexander ‘Saša’ Kolowrata, and the extremely rare Škoda 1100 Super Sport, of which only three exist. The exhibition also showcases the Škoda 200 RS, a model with only two units ever produced, which was driven through the shopping center's corridors by multi-time Czech rally champion Jan Kopecký during the opening.

Other significant vehicles on display include the Škoda 130 LR EVO prototype and the Octavia Kit Car, a vehicle central to Emil Triner’s 1998 European championship success. The event aims to showcase the technological evolution of the brand from its earliest days to modern competitive machinery.
