Kłodzko announces new recruitment for Municipal Guard Commander

The Mayor of Kłodzko has announced a new recruitment process for the position of Commander of the Municipal Guard. This follows a previous recruitment attempt that concluded without a successful candidate being selected.

Candidates for the full-time role must possess a higher education degree, at least five years of professional experience, and a minimum of three years in a managerial or business leadership capacity. Preferred academic backgrounds include law, administration, public safety, or management. Applicants are required to submit a written concept for the functioning of the Municipal Guard. The successful candidate will oversee unit organization, budget planning, cooperation with security services, and supervision of municipal monitoring.
