Koedo Menchi opens new specialty shop in Kawagoe

Koedo Menchi Kashiya Yokocho has opened in Kawagoe, Saitama Prefecture. The specialty minced meat cutlet shop, operated by SHINRA GROUP, officially began business on October 1, 2026.

Located in the Kashiya Yokocho area, the shop specializes in takeout minced meat cutlets made with high-quality ingredients such as A5 Wagyu beef and local Kawagoe black pork. The establishment, which occupies the former site of the Nikoda pudding specialty shop, reported sales on its opening day that were double the initial expectations.
