Koelwaterhal concludes season with Hofstad meets Hanzestad exhibition

The Koelwaterhal in Harculo, Zwolle, is concluding its current season. The exhibition ‘Hofstad meets Hanzestad’ is available to the public until Sunday, September 27, before the former industrial complex closes for the winter.

The exhibition features works from thirty artists associated with Pulchri Studio in The Hague, including paintings, drawings, sculptures, and spatial installations. The presentation utilizes the site's industrial architecture and the surrounding IJssel landscape. In addition to the art, curator Marieta Reijerkerk will host a talk in September to provide background on the artists and the curation process.

Following the winter break, the Koelwaterhal will begin a new exhibition season on April 17, 2027, as work continues on the building and its development as a cultural hub.
