Koga City to host 28th Kanto Do Mannaka Festival in October

The 28th Koga Kanto Do Mannaka Festival is scheduled to take place on October 10 and 11, 2026, at the ES Chuo Sports Park in Koga City, Ibaraki Prefecture. The event features a variety of local industry and cultural displays, including gourmet food stalls, corporate booths, and interactive experiences for children such as pony riding and a road train.

The festival's two-day stage program includes a music and dance celebration on Saturday, featuring brass bands, calligraphy performances, and dance groups. Sunday will focus on traditional folk performing arts, including local music and Kagura dances. To manage expected crowds, free shuttle buses will operate between designated parking areas and the venue.
