Koji Kikkawa concludes national tour with final shows in Tokyo
Singer Koji Kikkawa concluded his national tour, ‘KIKKAWA KOJI LIVE 2026 Higher and Higher Tour’, with a two-day final performance at the Yoyogi National Gymnasium First Gymnasium in Tokyo. The event drew a total of 20,000 fans over the course of November 16 and 17.
During the two-hour set, Kikkawa performed 20 songs, including hits such as ‘KISS ni Utarete Nemuritai’ and ‘RAIN—DANCE ga Kikoeru’. He also performed his signature ‘cymbal kick’, successfully striking a cymbal suspended at a height of 2.2 meters three times during the show.
Kikkawa announced to the crowd that he plans to record a new album and embark on another tour next year. Additionally, makeup performances for shows previously canceled due to throat issues in Fukuoka and earthquake impacts in Kumamoto are scheduled to take place in December. The final performances are set to be broadcast on WOWOW and Lemino in December.
