Koji Kudo begins rebuilding Chunichi Dragons

New Chunichi Dragons manager Koji Kudo has begun efforts to rebuild the team following a season marked by 40 comeback losses. Kudo has initiated individual meetings with several players, including veterans such as Ohno and Yanagi, to establish communication and optimize team performance.

To gain a comprehensive understanding of the current roster, Kudo plans to review video footage of all 143 games played during the previous season. This process is estimated to involve approximately 5,720 minutes of footage. Former Chunichi official Shun Ide expressed high expectations for Kudo’s meticulous approach to leadership and team management.
