Kokkolan Vesi to transfer debt collection to Intrum Oy

Starting September 1, 2026, the issuance of payment reminders and the collection of overdue receivables for Kokkolan Vesi will be transferred to Intrum Oy.

Customers receiving payment reminders from Intrum regarding Kokkolan Vesi debts can settle the stated amounts directly through Intrum. Payments will be automatically forwarded to Kokkolan Vesi.
