Koleje Małopolskie has launched a new Facebook profile, Info KMŁ, dedicated exclusively to providing real-time operational updates for passengers. The initiative aims to separate urgent service information from the company’s standard promotional and branding content.

The new channel will provide rapid access to information regarding train and bus delays, route disruptions, canceled or shortened services, and the deployment of emergency replacement transport. By centralizing these updates, the carrier intends to improve communication efficiency and reduce the time passengers spend searching for critical travel information.

The rollout follows a successful pilot program. The dedicated profile is designed to function as a practical operational tool, particularly useful during sudden incidents where the speed of information delivery is vital.
