Kolon Benit targets cloud HR market with rapid SAP implementation model

Kolon Benit, an SAP Gold Partner, participated as a sponsor in ‘HR Connect Seoul 2026,’ a conference hosted by SAP Korea focused on SAP SuccessFactors. The event, themed ‘The Future of Work Is Now,’ brought together approximately 250 HR leaders and professionals to discuss AI-driven HR innovation and cloud-based human capital management strategies.

During the conference, Kolon Benit showcased its proprietary ‘pre-package’ model designed to accelerate cloud-based HR transformation. Unlike traditional, large-scale system implementations that require lengthy analysis and design phases, this standardized model focuses on core modules such as core HR and performance management. This approach aims to reduce implementation timelines to approximately three months, allowing companies to expand functionality incrementally based on their specific needs.

Kolon Benit intends to use this specialized solution to expand its presence in the cloud HR market and strengthen relationships with companies considering new HR system implementations.
