Kolozsvári Magyar Napok festival features diverse cultural and political programming
The Kolozsvári Magyar Napok (Cluj Hungarian Days) festival features diverse programming across multiple venues in Cluj-Napoca. The Hungarian Consulate General's courtyard, known as #főtér23, will host discussions ranging from geopolitics and artificial intelligence to gastronomy, culture, and healthy lifestyles. Consul General Csaba Grezsa emphasized a commitment to diverse topics and strengthening Hungarian-Romanian dialogue, including discussions on water management.
Additionally, the RMDSZ (Democratic Alliance of Hungarians in Romania) will host the ‘Oasis’ event at a new location in the courtyard of 1568 Bistro on Magyar Street from August 20 to 23. The program includes sessions on mental and physical well-being, entrepreneurship featuring female business leaders, cybersecurity regarding banking scams, and youth leadership through the MYLA E-learning initiative. Other activities include music, quizzes, and community discussions on the political situation in Romania and intergenerational dialogue.
