Komax Holding AG appoints Roger Albrecht as new CEO

Komax Holding AG has appointed Roger Albrecht as the new CEO of the Komax Group. Albrecht, currently a member of the Rieter Group Executive Committee and head of the ‘Components & Technology’ division, is scheduled to officially assume the role during the first quarter of 2027.

Albrecht succeeds Andreas Häberli, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, who has been leading the company on an interim basis since April 1, 2026. Häberli will continue to serve as interim CEO until Albrecht’s transition is complete.

Albrecht brings extensive management and financial experience to the role, having spent over ten years at Rieter in various capacities, including a three-year tenure as Managing Director of a subsidiary in Germany. His previous professional background includes seven years at the Hilti Group, which included serving as Director of Finance in Canada. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a master’s degree in accounting and finance from the University of St. Gallen.
