Kombatant Social Assistance Home celebrates 25th anniversary

The Kombatant Social Assistance Home in Legionowo celebrated its 25th anniversary on September 17. The jubilee event included a holy mass and a gathering for residents, staff, and guests to reflect on the institution's history.

Since its establishment in September 2001 by the Legionowo County, the facility has provided care for 567 individuals. Over its quarter-century of operation, 249 employees have worked at the center. The modern, barrier-free facility serves elderly people and those with chronic somatic illnesses.

To mark the occasion, the Legionowo County funded the planting of Memory Oaks and the unveiling of a commemorative plaque. Local officials, including Vice-Starosta Konrad Michalski and Board Member Marcin Fabisiak, attended the ceremony.
