Komerční banka expands digital services with KB Broker and ATM modernization

Komerční banka (KB) is advancing its digital and self-service capabilities through two major initiatives. In collaboration with Diebold Nixdorf, the bank has modernized its ATM network into a unified self-service ecosystem. This transformation includes a standardized technology platform, advanced cash management, and participation in a shared ATM network that allows customers to withdraw and deposit cash across multiple participating banks. The upgrade also introduces digital features such as cardless transactions and QR-code receipts.

Additionally, the bank has expanded its KB+ mobile banking application with the launch of KB Broker. This new service allows individual clients to trade stocks and exchange-traded funds (ETFs) directly within the existing app. Users can access the Prague Stock Exchange as well as selected European and American markets, including NASDAQ and NYSE. The service provides real-time pricing for many investment tools and allows users to manage their portfolios, monitor performance, and execute market or limit orders entirely online.
