Kometa Brno's Libor Zábranský returns as coach while striker Šimon Stránský joins Vítkovice

Libor Zábranský has returned to the ice after four years to resume his role as head coach of the Czech Extraliga club Kometa Brno. He spoke about the team's preparation, the financial model of the arena, and the possibility of cooperation with the city's football club Zbrojovka, which is planning a new stadium behind Lužánky.

Forward Šimon Stránský, 28, has left Kometa Brno to sign with rival club Vítkovice. After playing in Finland and a brief stint with Kometa, he highlighted his career totals of 54 goals and 109 assists in the league and expressed enthusiasm about reuniting with his hometown team. Vítkovice, under new head coach Yorick Treille, aim to build on recent changes in their coaching staff.
