Komunikacja Autobusowa centralizes bus stop maintenance

Komunikacja Autobusowa is centralizing the management of municipal bus stop shelters to improve cleanliness and maintenance. Previously, responsibility for these structures was divided between the company and the city, often involving inconsistent methods and external contractors.

To streamline operations, the company has invested over 178,000 PLN in dedicated resources, including a technical vehicle, a pressure washer, and specialized tools. A dedicated maintenance employee was hired to handle tasks such as cleaning, minor repairs, and graffiti removal internally.

Initial results of this organizational shift include the renovation of 24 benches, the removal of graffiti from several shelters, and the repair of glass panels. The company aims to eventually bring all municipal shelters under its direct care to ensure systematic upkeep.
