Konak Municipality offers free nail and skin‑care courses to empower women

Konak Municipality and the Konak Halk Education Center organized free prosthetic nail and skin‑care training courses at the Zeytinlik Neighborhood Center. The program targets local women who want to acquire marketable skills and start their own businesses.

Participants receive hands‑on instruction, and upon completion they are awarded e‑Government‑approved certificates. Those interested can continue to master‑level and instructor‑training programmes.

Mayor Nilüfer Çınarlı Mutlu said the initiative supports women in building independent futures, while instructor Zehra Yıldırım highlighted strong demand for the courses. Participant Semiha Türk Atalay thanked the municipality, describing the training as both a hobby and a profession.
