Konami announces new titles including Rhapsody in Scarlet and Project Zircon
Konami Digital Entertainment held its Konami Press Start showcase, announcing several new titles and updates for existing franchises.
A major highlight was the debut of Rhapsody in Scarlet, an action-adventure game set in 1920s New York. The game features a combat system blending magic and mystical beasts, following the journey of Ellie Myers. It is being developed for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam.
Konami also revealed Project Zircon, a strategic deck-building roguelike for PC where players lead a nation through a global crisis. Additionally, the company provided updates on Rev. NOiR, an original RPG set in a world threatened by a phenomenon called ‘Lightfall’, which is slated for a 2027 release on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Steam.
Other announcements included gameplay footage for WaiWai World Craft, a social-networking building game, and updates for Silent Hill: Townfall and Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse, the latter of which is scheduled to launch on October 15.
