Konami to debut Metal Gear Solid pet merchandise at CatCon 2026

Konami has announced a Metal Gear Solid pet merchandise collection to be showcased at CatCon 2026. The collection includes cat scratch boxes modeled after the iconic cardboard infiltration boxes used by characters Big Boss and Old Snake, as well as plush toys and collars inspired by Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker and Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots.

The promotion celebrates the upcoming release of Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol. 2 on August 27, 2026. Konami will host a dedicated booth at the Pasadena Convention Center in California from October 10 to October 11, 2026. The event will feature a meet-and-greet on October 10 at 2 PM PT with Kat Curtis and her social media cat, One Eared Uno.

For those unable to attend the convention, a limited selection of products will be available for purchase online through the OKS GEAR SHOP during the event dates of October 10 and 11.
