Konawe Selatan and Bank Sultra partner on regional credit cards

The Konawe Selatan Regency Government and Bank Sultra have entered into an agreement to implement the Regional Government Credit Card (KKPD). The partnership aims to drive the digitalization of regional financial transactions and improve the efficiency of local fund management.

The agreement was formalized through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) and a Cooperation Agreement (PKS) at the Bank Sultra Tower Building in Kendari on Tuesday, October 13, 2026. The signing was conducted by Bank Sultra President Director Andri Permana Diputra Abubakar and Konawe Selatan Regent Irham Kalenggo.

Bank Sultra will provide banking infrastructure, technical assistance, and field coordination to support the implementation. The initiative is expected to accelerate the electronification of regional transactions, promote transparency, and create a more integrated and accountable public financial management system for operational expenditures.
