Kongsberg Maritime and Net Insight announce CFO leadership changes

Kongsberg Maritime has permanently appointed Jan Erik Hoff as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Hoff, who has served as acting CFO since June 18, 2026, will also join the company’s Executive Management Team. He previously held the role of Group Vice President for Investor Relations at Kongsberg Gruppen and managed Investor Relations and Business Intelligence following Kongsberg Maritime’s stock market listing in April.

This appointment follows the departure of Mette Toft Bjørgen, who served as CFO during the company’s listing process. Bjørgen had previously served as CFO of Kongsberg Gruppen prior to the demerger.

Separately, Net Insight has appointed Christine Kjellvard as interim Chief Financial Officer and member of the management team, effective November 1, 2026. Kjellvard replaces Cecilia Höjgård Höök, who is leaving the company by the end of 2026 and will remain in an advisory capacity until then. Kjellvard will hold the interim position until a permanent successor is named.
