Konjščina Mayor Announces Awards for Top Students and Graduates

Mayor Anita Curiš Krok of Konjščina issued a public call for applications to award outstanding secondary‑school pupils and university students from the municipality. Eligible pupils must have achieved exceptional results on the 2025/2026 national matura, while eligible students must have received a dean’s or rector’s award in the same academic year.

Applicants must submit proof of the matura results or the dean’s/rector’s award, along with the required form, which can be obtained from the municipal administration office or downloaded from the Konjščina website. The deadline for applications is 30 July 2026. The mayor will decide on the type and amount of the awards within the municipal budget, describing them as a motivational support for the youth of the community.
